Tees Grange supports adults living with complex mental health needs, dementia, neuro-disabilities including brain injuries and strokes, Huntington’s disease and Parkinson’s disease, and physical disabilities including spinal injuries. The people we support often have a number of secondary diagnoses, complexities and risks including behaviours of concern, bariatric care, tracheostomies, and PEG feeding tubes. The home is split into three communities, Aylesbury Unit, Mallard Unit and Saxony Unit. Residents on Aylesbury Unit have garden access bedrooms.
