We work with each person to find the best fit based on their skills, goals, and interests, whether they want to improve an existing skill or learn something new. Some roles include: • interviewing job candidates • welcoming new colleagues • reading to others • arranging flowers • helping in the shop or pub • gardening • planning activities and events.
